Reporting to Credit Bureaus is used across industries as the primary and most effective way to collect debts. The debt will be shared with Credit Bureaus on the 15th of every month for the number of years allowed by legislation. You do not require a court or tribunal order and consent is not required to report a valid debt, but please check with your local housing tribunal for any exceptions such as for COVID.
